Sara graduated in Milan with a Master Degree in Osteopathy at the prestigious Istituto Superiore di Osteopatia (ISO). She has developed a particular interest in the biopsychosocial approach, which considers the complex interaction of biological, psychological and social factors in understanding the development of the pain and designing personalised coping strategies for every single patient. Sara values the impact of lifestyle on health, including workplace ergonomics and physical activity and her treatments include a wonderful mix of structural, visceral, fascial and cranial techniques, as well as advice and exercises prescription.
Besides regular osteopathic practice, Sara has advanced skills in the care and treatment of babies, children and pregnant women. Sara completed a Postgraduate Course in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathic Practice at the prestigious University College of Osteopathy and several courses with names such as Renzo Molinari, Caroline Stone and Miranda Clayton.
During her practice she gained further expertise helping babies with breastfeeding issues and expectant mothers suffering from discomforts caused by body’s changes throughout the pregnancy.
Sara will be working in the clinic alternate Saturday’s and Tuesday mornings! Fully insured, registered with General Osteopathic Council (10412) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
